Manager / Funeral Director
Kenny is originally from Telfair County but was raised in Dexter, Georgia. He began his career in funeral service in December of 1989. Following graduation from West Laurens High School, he enrolled in Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service. He knew at a young age what calling he had on his life by spending time with his uncle, who is also a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Now in his 30th year, Kenny's career began in Atlanta but eventually led him back home to the central/South Georgia area. He has served as a Funeral Director and Embalmer for the past 20 years in Wrightsville and Dublin. He also previously worked in Helena. He is a member of the Georgia Funeral Director's Association, where he formerly served as a District Chairman and the National Funeral Director's Association. He is the former Coroner of Johnson County and Past-President of the Georgia Coroner’s Association. He and his wife, Tamanie, have two children, Alyssa and Alex and his wife, Caroline. Kenny enjoys getting out, meeting new people and being active in the community. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching Alyssa's softball travel team.
Administrative Assistant
Brenda Crawford Bitting is a native of Jeff Davis County. She is a member of Hazlehurst Church of God and has been a valued part of our staff since 1992. She is married to William Bitting and she has two sons, Brandon Keith Rowell and Trent Naaman Rowell, a granddaughter, Addison Nichole Rowell, three step-children: Heather & Kasey Kersey, & Zach Bitting and a step-grand-daughter, Kyndal Kersey.
Funeral Assistant
Chuck Morgan is a native of Wheeler County. He has been serving families at Miles Funeral Home since 2015. He retired as Sergeant 1st Class from the United States Army after 21 years of service. He has been in the ministry and has pastored churches since 1997. Chuck is married to Gloria Kay and they have three children, Carla, Amanda and Charles and eight grandchildren.
