ALFRED BILLY TAYLOR

Miles Funeral Home in Hazlehurst announces the graveside service for Mr. Alfred Billy Taylor, age 73, of Hazlehurst, who passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021.  Services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 29, 2021 in Yawn Cemetery with Rev. Thomas Colter officiating.

Mr. Taylor was born in Bacon County.   He was the son of the late Manuel Clifford Taylor & Rachel Mixon Taylor.  He was preceded in death by the mother of his children: Johnnie Faye Taylor.  Mr. Taylor was a veteran of the Vietnam War and was a marine and was also a Mason and a retired electrician from Hazlehurst Mills.

Survivors include: Wife: Nelly Taylor of Hazlehurst; Sons & Daughters-in-law : Robert Taylor, Richard & Crystal Taylor, Randall & Kimberly Taylor all of Hazlehurst; Step-daughters: Catherine & Ailene; Grandchildren: Nikki, Kyle, Cheyanne, Kasen Rain, Zachary, Zoey, Gavin, Joni, Tanli, Tylan & William; 7 step-grandchildren: Great-grandchildren: Haily, Ian & Vivian; Brother: Clifford Manuel Taylor of Hortense & Sister: Minnie Boyd of Alma.

Visitation will be at 1 pm Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Yawn Cemetery 248 Yawn Cemetery Road Hazlehurst, GA.  31539.
