Miles Funeral Home in Hazlehurst announces the funeral service for Mr. Robert Carey Kiser, age 76, of Broxton, who passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018. Services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, April 19, 2018 in the Oakland Baptist Church 187 Oakland Church Road Hazlehurst, Georgia 31539.
Rev. Royce Hulett will officiate with burial in the Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Kiser was born in Melborne, Florida. He was the son of the late Ivey C. Kiser & Kathleen Wooten Kiser and the husband of the late Linda Clements Kiser. Mr. Kiser was a retired Rockledge, Florida Fire Chief and was a member of the Oakland Baptist Church near Hazlehurst.
Survivors include: Son: Christopher Kiser of Broxton & James Kiser of New Port Richey, Florida; Daughter: Donna Yates of Merritt Island, Florida; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; Sister: Sarah Hodge of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1-2 PM at Oakland Baptist Church 187 Oakland Church Road Hazlehurst, Georgia 31539.
