Rev. Wayne Merritt will officiate with burial in the Union Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Hazlehurst, Georgia.
Mr. Scott was born March 8, 1956 in Hazlehurst, Georgia. He was the son of the late Clarence Scott & Adell Shumans Scott and was preceded in death by his wife: Amy Hope Scott.
Survivors include: Son: C.J. Scott of Hazlehurst; Nephew: Howard Scott of Baxley; and Niece: Michelle Scott Allday of Hazlehurst.
Visitation will be 1:00 pm Monday, February 25, 2019 at North Gate Baptist Church, 3 Pecan Drive Hazlehurst, Georgia 31539.
